CANMORE KITE SPOTS

The area around Canmore, Banff and Spray Lakes provides some of the world’s best locations for snowkiting. These are some of our favourites.

Spray Lakes

Spray Lakes is home of GrayKite´s Canadian Rocky Mountain Snow Kiting Retreat. Nestled in between the peaks of the pristine Rockies, this 19.9 Square Kilometer stunningly beautiful lake turns into a winter playground wonderland from November till April.

Both ice fisherman and kite snowboarders share in the magic of the daily happening events on the lake.

At GrayKite we have combined the best of these two exhilarating sports to bring to you our  Canadian Rocky Mountain, kitesnowboarding and rainbow trout ice fishing package.
